Cancel or Change Order

At Potluckys, we understand that sometimes plans change or a mistake is made during the checkout process. We strive to accommodate your requests for modifications or cancellations as efficiently as possible. Because we aim for a fast 1-2 day handling time, time is of the essence when requesting changes.

Important: Our order processing begins promptly at our 5:00 PM EST cut-off time. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we can no longer cancel or modify the shipment.

1. Requesting a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order for an essential women's shirt, please notify us immediately. If the request is received before the item has been processed for shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (including PayPal) within our standard 12-day refund window.

2. Changing Order Details

We can assist with the following modifications if the order has not yet been dispatched:

  • Shipping Address: Correcting typos or changing the destination.
  • Size/Color: Swapping an essential shirt for a different size or color (subject to stock availability).
  • Contact Information: Updating your email or phone number for tracking notifications.

3. How to Submit a Request

To ensure your request is handled before the daily 5:00 PM EST cut-off, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@potluckys.com.
  2. Use the Subject Line: URGENT: Change/Cancel Order #[Your Order Number].
  3. Clearly state the specific change you wish to make or confirm you want to cancel the entire order.

4. After the Cut-off Time

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot stop the delivery. In this case, please wait for the package to arrive. Once you receive the item, you can take advantage of our 120-day return policy. You may return the item for a full refund with no restocking fees, and then place a new order for the correct item.

Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday.

Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days.

Support Availability: Our team monitors requests from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST), Monday – Saturday.

5. Refused Shipments

Please do not "Refuse Delivery" as a method of cancellation. Refused shipments often take longer to return to our facility and may delay your refund. The most secure way to ensure your refund is processed within our 12-day window is to accept the delivery and contact us for a formal return authorization.
