We provide our customers with an extended period to evaluate their purchase. You have 120 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The shirt must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unused).
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

2. The Return Process

  2. Review: Our support team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the essential shirt in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please retain your tracking number as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.

3. Refund Timeline and Method

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund process is as follows:

The refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 12 business days. Please note that while we issue the refund within 12 days, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.

  • Potluckys will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the package for damage-related issues.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new shirt. This ensures the replacement item is reserved for you and reaches you as quickly as possible under our standard shipping timelines.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been washed, altered, or show visible signs of wear such as perfume scents, makeup stains, or deodorant marks. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the 12-day processing window, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
