How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple. We charge a flat rate of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time is a combination of handling and transit time:

What is the daily order cut-off time?
Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship our essential women's shirts using USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We offer an industry-leading 120-day return policy. You have plenty of time to ensure your new shirt is the perfect fit for your wardrobe.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. At Potluckys, we believe in transparent service. We charge $0.00 in restocking fees for all eligible returns.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 12 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We highly recommend using PayPal for the most secure and efficient checkout experience.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your sensitive data during the transaction.
Orders & Support
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
We can update your address if the order has not yet been shipped. Please email support@potluckys.com immediately. Once the status is "Shipped," we can no longer make changes.
How do I track my package?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.
